Mind Chemistry provides internship opportunities for students of several local community schools, colleges and universities. Recruiting takes place during the school year by visiting job fairs, college mixers, and school career days among other recruiting practices. Most recruiting however, is done by phoning schools to make arrangements to speak with the Career Advisors for internship opportunities. Internships are awarded twice a year during the first and third semester of a school year.

We are proud to be able to teach students beyond general classroom education with a revolutionary learning system. By placing them in real-life situations we are enabling them to reach the core of their vision. We give them the chance to experience the life cycle of an organization and their products from the ground up.

Paving a pathway toward your career can be an overwhelming task. We help students choose which direction they need to go allowing them to achieve their goals. Students invest in themselves and the company by providing "mind capital" by exercising their creativity. All time on task is rewarded by gaining ownership in the form of company stock or profit shares.

As an apprentice, you choose the position or tasks you would like to gain experience from. Each position has specific projects assigned to meet the requirements needed for completion. The student chooses which projects need immediate attention depending on the present phase of that project.

Then they are guided through execution and the learning track initiation by using our methodologies and practices. Students are given the opportunity to advance to another level or make a lateral move to a new desired area of skill after they successfully complete a project.
